This magnificent facility (a landmark) now called The Diana's Castle, was built in 1894 by the State of New York for the National Guard.

The Diana Family, who have owned the facility since 1994, transformed the inside with love and exquisite taste, creating an icon on the South side of the City.  This Amsterdam NY fortress has 50 plus rooms, used now as living and commercial quarters, sporting an accessible terrace and the four towers

The formidable castle has versatility based on open space, comfort, location, access, beauty and distinction.

Diana's castle is located  30 minutes from Albany, the New York State Capital, and the Albany Int'l. Airport. Only four blocks from the Interstate Thruway 90, Exit 27, and Downtown Amsterdam. Two blocks from the Mohawk River, 15 minutes from the Adirondack State Park, surrounded by the beauty and scenic history of the Mohawk Valley Heritage Corridor. Close by are Shrine Of Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, Saratoga Springs, Hudson Valley, Glen Falls, Buffalo and Niagara Falls, Lake George, Lake Placid, New York City, Montreal and Quebec (Canada).
