This magnificent facility (a landmark)
now called The Diana's Castle, was built in 1894 by the State of New
York for the National Guard.
The
Diana Family, who have owned the facility since 1994, transformed the
inside with love and exquisite taste, creating an icon on the South
side of the City. This Amsterdam NY fortress has 50 plus rooms,
used now as living and commercial quarters, sporting an accessible terrace
and the four towers
